こちら、百名店巡りにて、平日夜、事前に電話予約をとってお伺いしております。予約調整をしていた感覚で、夜遅めの時間（この日は20:30開始）だと比較的予約は取りやすいように思えました。お店の中に入ると、席はカウンターのみ7席、数ある札幌のお鮨屋さんの中でも、高い人気を誇る名店です。
こちらでは、19,800円のおつまみ＋お寿司の入ったコースと、数種類の日本酒を頼んでおります。このお店では、お料理はこのコースのみの提供とのことです。
その注文のコース、全21品と、品数もかなり豊富な上、本当にどのお料理も絶品です！！まずは、そのお寿司の方、もちろんどれも絶品なのですが、、、トロのように脂ののったニシン、分厚く旨みたっぷりのホタテ、とろけるような鮪トロ、この辺が特に好きだったネタです。おつまみの方では、上品な味わいの鮟肝、特製ソースが絶品のアワビ、特製出汁が絶品の数の子、この辺が良かったです！お店独自の出汁やソース、店主の方の絶妙な包丁入れは、食材や食感をよりいっそう素晴らしいものにしていると思われました。
