新千歳に着くとLINEに食事のお誘いが・・ 時計台で待ち合わせをすることになりました。知っている寿司店に案内しようと思っていましたが、相手の方が昼食が「寿司」だったとのことで、時計台のすぐ前にあっていろいろ食べられそうで、店前のポップも美味しそうに感じたこちらを利用することになりました。
半個室に案内してもらって落ち着ける感じです。
「刺身６種盛り合わせ」「貝風呂」「炙りベーコンシーザーサラダ」とドリンクを注文しました。
まずは「お通し」が届きました。「青菜」と「サーモン」の２種。どちらもなかなかの味わいで期待が高まります。
「刺身６種盛り合わせ」は、牡丹エビ、イカ、ホタテ、マグロ、ホッケ、サーモンかな、新鮮さが感じられる贅沢な盛合せで堪能できました。
一番評判が良かったのが「貝風呂」でした。その名のとおり一煮立ちさせていただきます。帆立、牡蠣、あさり、ムール貝の出汁がよく出て、貝の身はもちろんスープがとても美味しくて楽しめました。
途中からさらに人の合流もあって、「カニクリームコロッケ」や「塩辛じゃがバター」なども追加してお腹いっぱいお酒もいっぱい、一人ちょうど5000円ほどでした。
後から調べてみると「牛角」の「レイズインターナショナル」さんが道内で12店舗を展開する海鮮居酒屋のチェーンのようです。買収ということですかね、レイズさんのお店、完成度が高い印象です。
