初めて来たのは高校卒業したかしてないかくらい…10年以上前になるのか。恐ろしい。
当時は昼来ても夜来ても店内は真っ暗で、席はカウンターと、せいぜい後ろのテーブル数席のみだったような？こんな広かったか？記憶してる面積の2倍。
カシミールカレー（チキン）を注文。辛さは中間を選んだはず。ちょうど良かったです。
パン粉で当時を思い出した。他の方のレビューにもあるが、本家のウスター系とは違う。野菜が少ないのと、ケチャップではなくトマトを使用しているのだろう、爽やかな酸味。ガーリックパウダーをはじめ、ドライに辛さを包むイメージのスパイス使いがカシミールだ。
ちょっと何を言ってるかわからなくなって来たが、ここのカレー、単純に旨いですね。具の野菜もそれぞれ美味しいし。
旨味は他のスープカレー店に慣れてる方からすると控えめに感じるかも。塩も同様。本家からしたらかなり低い。
この手のスープには、柔めのライスが合うんですよね。ここも昔と変わってないと思う。
スパイスを楽しめる素直なスープで、個人的にはけっこう好みでした。食後のコーヒーも良い。
