京風おばんざいランチをいただきました。
お品書きは月替り
いくらご飯の方は8月の物です。
食べてまず感じたのは梅や柚子といった存在感のある風味が全てまろやかで角がないこと。
梅が苦手な私も「梅風味ってこんなに爽やかで美味しいんだ！」と驚きました。
主張しないけど確かに感じる素材の旨味に感動です。
