This is a store directly managed by Chitose Tsuru, a Japanese sake company. Since we have a smoker, we use a lot of Hokkaido ingredients, including home-made smoked food and local production for local consumption. We offer a wide variety of dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables, as well as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Fried food, grilled foods, and sake appetizers. *Paypay can be used. |

この近くで仕事があったので、ランチに来ました。
店内、綺麗で暗めで、カウンターはしっかりアクリル板で仕切られていて、居心地がいいです。
ボックス席もありますし、4人くらいでも大丈夫そうです。
12時は混むので13時くらいにずらしていったら普通に入れます。
ただ、雑穀米が数量限定で売り切れてたのでそれがネック。みんなそりゃ雑穀米にするよね。
鉄鍋定食は、見た目すごく豪華で、大きなエビフライが4本も入ってる！と驚きましたが、
中身は寿司屋さんの甘エビくらいの感じです。
2本でいいからもうちょいちゃんとしたエビだと嬉しいな。
このお値段で見た目いいからそれだけでもありがたいかもしれませんね。
でも他の衣とかつかないメニューがあるときはそれが気になります。
全体的に清潔感もあるし、ボリュームも見た目の良さもあり、きちんとしてそうなランチなのでリピはしたいです。
