札幌へ行く度に通う大好きなカフェの目の前にあるスープカレーのお店。
これも何かの縁でしょうと行ってみると、これがまた美味しくて当たりで。
明るく清潔感のある店内。
にこやかな接客が印象的。
頼んだのは炭焼き角煮カレー。
スープは非常にバランスが良く、旨味と香りがただでさえ良いところに、炭焼きした角煮がめちゃめちゃ仕事してます。
炙ったことによるメイラード反応が味につながり、炭の香りがスパイスの香りにさらにプラスアルファの印象を深めて。
これは美味しい。
真面目で丁寧な仕事を感じるスープカレー。
後で知ったのですがどうやら人気店だったようで。
それも納得ですね。
好きなお店の前に好きなお店を発見して幸せな気持ちになりました。
