[Reservations] At our restaurant, we accept reservations for both the daytime and evening classes from two months in advance. For the time being, the hours will be 11:30-14:00 (LO 13:30) and 17:30-21:30 (LO 20:45). *The last time to accept reservations is 15 minutes before last order. ７月から利尻礼文のバフンが入荷との事だったので早速訪問
塩水のバフンウニと無添加ムラサキの二色丼ハーフとビール、どんぶり注文者だけが頼める特別なウニ料理セットを注文しました。
ウニ豆腐、ウニ入りだし巻き、ウニグラタンの３種はサイズが小さめでちょっと物足りなかった笑
肝心のウニの方はということ、さすがむらかみのウニですね～
バフンも出始めとは思えない濃厚な旨味が口いっぱいに広がっていきました。
塩水ウニなのでほのかな塩味がありそのままパクパクと食べられます。
ムラサキもあっさりした中にウニの甘みを感じられて、こちらはすこーーーし醤油を垂らして食べることで甘みがさらに口の中に広がっていきました。
半分以上はウニだけで食べてしまった感じでした。
これから積丹はじめウニシーズン、ウニ問屋ならではのおいしさを堪能出来ることかと思います。
ただ、予約がないとかなり待つことになるので、事前に予約をしてから行くことをお勧めします。
