【頼むべきもの：ウニいくら丼】
久々の訪問、前日に予約の電話をすると既にいっぱいとのことで、11時頃訪問、その後あっという間に私の後ろに行列ができておりました。
1回転目が30分で食べ終わるので、普通に12時位に行けば案外さらっと入れるかもな感じです。
注文して速攻で出るウニいくら丼。
盛り付けも美しい…光り輝いております。
ウニを一口、脳内に幸せが広がります。
今まで食したどのウニよりも美味しい。
ミョウバン不使用、新鮮なウニに勝るものはありません。
ちなみに追加で頼んだサーモン刺身は普通でした。
ふるさと納税にも実はある、うにむらかみさん。
