怪しいグルメ探検隊in札幌。
今回は札幌遠征。夜はお寿司です。札幌時計台近くにある「邦寿し」さんにお邪魔しました。小上がりは掘り炬燵式の個室になっていて落ち着いた雰囲気で料理を楽しむことができます。
今回は寿司懐石のコースです。先付けはばい貝と蟹味噌豆腐。先ずはビールで乾杯です。お刺身は蟹、中トロ、イカなど。日本酒もいただきましょう。北海道の地酒がありますね。千歳鶴純米辛口をお願いします。揚げ物として河豚の唐揚げ、鰤の照り焼きも出てきました。最後に握り寿司。雲丹、イクラ、帆立、ボタン海老など北海道の味覚ですね。後でHPを確認させていただきましたが、びっくりするほど良心的なお値段。東京ならば倍は取られるよなぁ。
どのネタも大変美味しゅうございました。今度来る時に覚えておこうと思います。
