青ツブの潮煮はアッサリ塩味で潮の香りがいい感じ、ツブもコリコリで好き。
トキシラズの塩焼きはジューシーで粗めの大根おろしとレモン空豆を添えて。ホロホロの身がたまらん。
料理は美味しいけど値段が高めかな！？また来たいけど、カードも一万円以上じゃないと使えないしなー…
