北海道庁から歩いて1分ほどの場所にある、鶏肉料理の専門店です。
ランチタイムの利用でしたが、このお店が鶏肉のお店だとは知らず利用し、
カツ丼のついたセットを注文しました。
卵でとじられたカツがのる姿は見ていると、心躍るものがありました。
また、サラダに加えて、鳥のスープやミニカレーも付く、
充実のセット構成には感心させられました。
しかし、食べ進めると、私のイメージしたカツと比べると、
少しお肉が柔らかく、豚肉特有の旨みがないことに気づきました。
食べ進むと分かりましたが、カツはカツでも、チキンのカツ丼だったようです。
鶏肉の専門店なのだから、チキンカツでも良いと思いますが、
それならチキンカツのカツ丼と示してくれても良いように思います。
また、サイドメニューのカレーも、
卵とじの上からカレールーをかけるのは何だかミスマッチ。
他のセットメニューも、主菜が鳥で、副菜が唐揚げみたいなメニューもあり、
何だか勿体無いなぁと感想を持ちました。
味は悪くないので、セット構成を少し変えて欲しいと感じました。
