Jiki is proud of its charcoal-grilled yakitori made with Gitaro gamecock, which is overflowing with flavor the more you bite into it. “Gitaro Gamecock” is a high-protein, low-calorie chicken that is raised for about three times as many days as a broiler. It is characterized by being firm yet with just the right amount of fat. At our restaurant, we prepare whole chickens one by one, so you can enjoy about 10 different parts.
