食べログを始めた頃、こちらのお店がスッと目に入ってきました。
BMしてからは、機会がなく、いつもいつも、行きたい！衝動が。
やはり、行きたいお店は目指さないといけません。
目指したところ、、
あっ、少し前に通って、鴨の字を見て立ち止まったところ。
勝手に勘違いしていたお店。
界隈のランチを提供するカフェかと。
ランチ提供は同じですが、内容をまったくの勘違い。
地下へ潜ると、すてきな店内。
某ラーメン屋さんに似てました。
フレンチシェフのラーメン。
メニューから、ぜーんぶ食べたい！

まろやかなスープとチーズ

鴨ロース、鴨モモ、味玉、みかん皮、青菜、白ネギ
味噌味は、チーズと絡んで濃厚。
フォアグラの濃厚さも感じる一品。
といっても、あっさりなので、レンゲが止まらない。
フレンチの味噌スープは、こうなるのか⁉︎通常
特別なラーメンですね。
しお味は、鴨の味わいがしおとバランスがいい。
上品なしおラーメンに仕上がっています。

限定ではなくて、通常メニューを全部食べたい！
フレンチ麺を存分に楽しめるお店ですね〜
