独創的で暑い日にピッタリ！冷や汁麺手作り味噌仕立て
平日の12時に到着。
先客1組と3名、後から2組と2名。
10ヶ月ぶり2回目の訪問。
9月だというのにまだ暑い…こちらに冷たい麺があることを知ったので。
暑い日だけど、店内は程よく冷房が効いている。
今回は「季節の創作麺」より『冷や汁麺、長谷川商店監修手作り味噌仕立て』(980円)を注文。
「長谷川商店」は半年程前に比較的近く(西14丁目)にオープンしたラーメン居酒屋。
10分程で先客2名分に続いて登場。
載ってる生姜は速攻混ぜる派。
スープはあっさりめの魚介系、味噌はかなり控えめ。だけど絶妙な美味さ！
白っぽい細麺ストレートはもっちり。
小さめのチャーシュー2枚、ピンク色のロース系で美味い！
シナチクは長くワイルドな感じ。
ラーメンにシメサバの刺身が入っているの初めて見た！(笑) でもこのスープには合う！
ナスが入っているのも珍しい。他にいつものジュレ？とチンゲン菜。
味噌ラーonlyも満足の美味さでした。ただし味噌は弱い。
せっかくのコラボなので、もっと味噌感出してもいいような…。
けど今回も独創的。暑い日にはピッタリでした！
やはり高めだけど、その分納得のクオリティ。
また来ます！
洋食のようで独創的！ほんのり魚介系のみそ
平日の12時に到着。
先客3組と3名、その後も続々で満席に。やはり昼時は混んでいる。
地下鉄西11丁目駅の近く、「布袋」(既に満席だった…)の右隣のビルのB1Fにある。
この辺は飲食店がかたまっている。
アイボリーを基調とした、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
店主の他に女性店員1名。
夜はダイニングバーだけど、昼はラーメンのみ提供。「定番の麺料理」(三味)と、「季節の麺料理」(創作麺)に分かれ、種類はなかなか多い。
増税に伴い価格改定されたけど、+数十円。
迷わず『みそ』(860円)を注文。三味の中では3番目。
10分程で登場。
やはり洋食的ですね。鰹粉でほんのり魚介系だけどブイヨンスープのような味わい、程よい濃厚さで美味い！マー油も効いている。
麺は太めでもっちり。
チャーシューはロースで柔らかく美味い！鶏ひき肉も入っている。
野菜はネギとチンゲン菜。シナチクは長い。中央に球形のジュレ？も。
味噌ラーonlyも満足の美味さでした。
三味も独創的ですね。
ラーメンだけど、店の雰囲気も相まって、あまりズルズル音を立てずらい感じ(笑
味噌ラーメンとしてはやや高めだけど、手間がかかってそうなので問題なし。
次回は「季節の麺料理」から。

2年ぶり3回目の訪問。
店主の他に女性店員2名。
BGMは洋楽R&Bがネットラジオから。
今回は「季節の麺料理」から『花咲蟹の担々麺』(980円)を注文。
程なくして登場。おっ、花咲蟹の香りが漂う！
やはり真ん中にはジュレが。
スープはあっさりめの味噌担々といった感じ、胡麻と胡椒が効いていて美味い！
辛さは中辛派にはちょうどいい、ノドに来る辛さ。
ストレート麺、硬めで好み！
チャーシューの代わりに鴨ロース2枚、ジューシー！カニの身ももちろん美味い！レタスも少し。
シナチクは長くワイルド、味付けもよい！
今回も満足の美味さでした。
また来ます！
