一番人気の8800円のコースを予約して伺いました。
予約で満席との張り紙があり、やはり予約して良かったと実感。
★グリーンアスパラの冷製スープ
めちゃうまっ！
びっくりしました笑
アスパラの爽やかな旨みとナッツの香ばしさ、オリーブオイルとお塩の配分が絶妙です。
★鶏肉のマリネ
初めて食べましたが、お肉がしっとり柔らかくて、玉ねぎも甘くて美味しい！
★ふきのとうのフォカッチャ
後味に蕗のとうの苦味が残るのがとても良い！
★生ハムと出来立てのモッツァレラチーズ
え、なにこのモッツァレラチーズ！
めちゃくちゃうまいーー！
もちもちしていて甘みのあるモッツァレラと生ハムの塩気が最高です
★アスパラとベーコン
アスパラガスが甘くてジューシー！
ベーコンの脂もしつこくなくてちょうどいいです
★レタスとカラスミのパスタ
パスタは太めでもちもちしていました。
シンプルな具材なのに濃厚な味わいで、むしろ少し味が濃いくらいでした
量は少なめに見えますが、パスタが太めなのでここでだいぶお腹いっぱいになりました笑
★4種の山菜のリゾット
山菜の苦味はあまり強くなく、爽やかなリゾットでペロリと食べれちゃいました
★ヒレ肉のロースト
だいぶお腹が膨れた状態でも全く辛くないメインでした！！
赤身肉で柔らかく塩胡椒だけで美味しくいただけます。
そして何より付け合わせのお野菜の美味しさよ！！
牛蒡ときたあかりでしたが、甘くてとっっても美味しくて衝撃でした。
★トルタ・メリンガータ
メレンゲと生クリームとイチゴ
これまたシンプルですが、甘すぎず、締めのデザートとして満足な一品でした。
全料理が美味しかったです！！
使われている野菜がとても美味しい！
なので、具材がとてもシンプルなのに奥深い味わいを楽しめます。
これで8800円は大満足です！！！
