始まりのスープから鳥のタタキ、焼き鳥、ラーメンまで全て想像以上に美味しくびっくりしました！

かささぎさんのレビュー拝見して早速予約しました(^^)
完全予約制ですが、この日は満席。
インスタでも満席の日が多いことがうかがえます。

「地鶏」と呼ばれる鶏肉は、全流通量のわずか１％。その中でも厳選された3種だけを使い、上土佐備長炭でていねいに火を通します。過剰な味付けはせず、「生産者さんが心を込めて育てた地鶏」そのものの美味しさを引き出すための工夫をしています。 |
