東西線の西11から徒歩数分
店舗のSNSアカウントによると東京練馬の人気店"鳥長"で学んだことがあるとか（在籍期間等は不明）
どうやら新潟のご出身のようで、どうして札幌での出店かは不明です
鳥長の口コミ投稿を見るとこちらとほぼ同じコース内容でした
オープン間もないうちは不慣れな点も多々あって大変かと思いますが、早く慣れて落ち着くと良いですね〜
コースは3種類用意されており、その中のフォアグラ鍋コースをお願いしました
こちらは1日1組限定ということのようです
店内はある程度の広さがあり、テーブル席はカウンター席から離れているので、話し声はカウンター席まで届かないと思います
新しいお店は内装がきれいで良いですね(^ ^)
