完全予約制ですが、この日は満席。
インスタでも満席の日が多いことがうかがえます。
チョイスは水炊き。
主人がフォアグラ鍋！とうるさかったのですが、私がフォアグラ苦手なのでもちろん選びません。笑
4500円～6500円のコースとそんなに高くありません。
ワインリストにはケンゾーエステートが並びます。
また主人が紫鈴紫鈴と騒ぎます。笑
残念ながら私がお付き合いできませんのでビールで我慢してもらいます。
★お漬物
飲み物とお漬物をつまみながらお料理を待ちます。
甘めで美味しいお漬物。
★生つくね、ハツ刺、ムネの漬け

ハツとレバー、基本私は臓物系苦手なので恐る恐るでしたが、なんと臭みエグみ無くて美味しい！
しっかり漬けられていたのもあり食べやすかったです。
ムネはしっとりぷりっとしていて美味しく長芋と一緒にいただきます。
生つくね。このまま食べていいの？と思ってしまう見た目。さすが新鮮さが感じられ滑らかで美味しい！山わさびつきですが、お味ついているのでそのままでも食べられます。
★ムネたたき
表面が香ばしく中はしっとり。
焼鳥感あります。美味しい！
★モモたたき
ムネよりもかなり弾力があります。
お味も濃いめ。ムネの方が好みです～。
お肉感と食べ応えはモモの方がありますね。
★内もも串焼き
また弾力あるもも肉。塩気強めですが普通に美味しいです。
★チキン南蛮
鶏がやわらか！タルタルが甘めで美味しいです。
全体的に甘めのお味が多いかも。
★蓮根つくね
生つくねを挟んで炭火で焼き上げたもの。
蓮根が厚いです。笑つくねを食べると言うより蓮根メインのような感じ。
★もも串焼き
また塩気がちょっと強め。
こちらは普通のもも串です。
★水炊き
勝手にクリーミー系白湯かと思ってましたが、優しいお味の塩鍋です。お野菜も鶏もキノコもたっぷり。もう少しお味濃いめが好みですが、二味があったので良かったです。
〆は雑炊。濃いオレンジ色の栃木の卵でとじていただきました。
満席ということもあってか、提供時間は少し遅め。
お料理とお料理の間がおなかすいておなかすいて…笑
コースのみですが、アラカルトもあると嬉しいですね。
