毎月伺う鮨しょう太さんへ
毎月楽しみなツマミの数々。四季折々の日本料理さながらのツマミは実に美味しい。写真参照
毎月必ず出る飯蒸し（舎利を使用）は本日うなぎでした！蒸して焼いてを繰り返した鰻の飯蒸しは専門店の鰻重とは別な美味しさを堪能できます。あん肝最中もシグネチャーのひとつ。あん肝苦手な方でも間違いなく頂けるだろう。
今宵も春を感じる品々。握りは12貫今月は一貫少ないな。。鮪だけでも4貫出てくるのがしょう太スタイル。各部位の鮪は圧巻の美味しさです。
江戸前と言えどもここは北海道。地の物もひと手間加え提供してくれます。今宵は山盛りのバフン雲丹、ホッキ貝、ニシンの握りと本州からのお客様も多いしょう太ならではのおもてなし。また来月もお邪魔します！
