Our restaurant style is to use Hokkaido vegetables lavishly from spring to autumn, and Seafood caught in Hokkaido from late autumn to winter. We offer a seasonal course consisting of appetizers, fish dishes, Meat Dishes with carefully selected beef from Hokkaido as the main dish, and dessert, with the ratio of vegetables and seafood used changing with the season. All of the dishes are exquisite, bringing out the best in the ingredients with sauces made from seasonal vegetables. The course menu changes regularly, so you can enjoy discovering a new dish every time you visit.

Our restaurant, which has a sommelier-certified chef on staff, has a stock of approximately 300 bottles of wine. We have a wide selection of wines, mainly from Burgundy, but also from Hokkaido. After working as a head chef at resort hotels across Hokkaido, he gained a lot of experience in Restaurants and has been serving exquisite dishes that will delight gourmets. He is also a certified sommelier and creates seasonal French French cuisine that reflects his wealth of knowledge, techniques, and sensibilities honed by visiting producers himself. Enjoy to your heart's content this beautiful delicacy that is pleasing not only to your taste buds but also to your eyes.

The open interior with large windows attracts the eye, and has a chic design with calm colors and paintings. You can relax and enjoy food and wine while listening to modern jazz. There are 6 counter seats and 10 table seats, as well as private rooms for 2 to 4 people. The private room is decorated with lighting from the Danish interior brand "Le Klint" and is perfect for dinner on special occasions such as anniversaries.
