カラフルポップな店内
おっさん２名での利用は、ちょっと違和感を感じますが、
スタッフのキャラ的にゆるっと過ごせる感じがするので、
居心地的には悪くないニューオープンなお店でしたが、
若い子がしっくりと来る店内の雰囲気と感じられました。
こちら、サンスリービル４階にある
リンダノリンカク 板前とパティシェです。
スタッフが３名体制で、
リンダノリンカク 板前とパティシェとあるように
男性の板前さんと、女性のパティシィエが２名かと
ドリンクは、
リンカクオリジナルカクテルなるものが気になりますが、
ブラックニッカリッチブレンドのハイボールを飲みました。
お店のロゴ入りのオリジナルグラスは女子ウケしそうです。
選べるお通しは、
板前の用意した作り置いた小鉢料理が、
お盆に５種類が２セットづつ載せてありました。
煮カボチャのフリット
揚げ野菜のジェノベーゼ
後、鶏皮だったかなと思いますがこれらを選んで食べました。
クーポンで２品のお通しのところ、もう一品追加となります。
ひんやりと冷製のおばんざいな感じですが、平均的出来と感じられ、
手早くサクッと食べれるのはメリットですが、
今後もこのスタイルでいくのかは気になるところです。
そして、おすすめMENUから、
行者ニンニクのチーズチヂミをチョイス
胡麻とチーズの風味はいいのですが、
行者ニンニクのとあるその風味や要素は希薄な感じがしました。
ぼってりとしたチヂミは、想像していた食感とはやや異なりました。
折角パティシィエがいるので、スイーツもとは思いましたが、
結局そこまでいかず、軽めの利用となりました。
