前々からお伺いしたかった炉端焼き。
二軒目にお伺いしたところ良かった…
お料理の味は標準的でも味と接客の織りなす絶妙な世界観が秀逸！
良き酒場とはこれですよね。
八角(トクビレ)の焼き物を頼んだところ、身を食べた後に骨と皮をカリッカリに焼いて酒肴を蘇生してくれるサーヴィスも最高。
国稀 北海鬼ころしを飲んだら翌朝にガッツリ頭が痛くなったところも昭和らしくて良し(笑)
