刺身の鮪赤身は濃縮された引き締まった身でありながら歯切れがよくて舌触りがいい
中とろはさらにトロトロした舌触りで口の中でとろける美味しさ
活タコの刺身はタコ?って思うほど柔らかくて噛みごたえもあるが噛み切れやすさもあって
仕込み調理がものすごく行き届いているのがわかる
とら河豚の白子焼きはかぼす汁を絞ってそのまま口の中に!とろーりミルキーな白子が口の中に広がって美味しさが爆発!
きんきの煮付けは引き締まっっていたであろう身に甘ダレがしっかり染みてて身がほろほろ
