Sake and Soba Maruki Honten has been preserving the tradition of Sapporo's soba restaurant since 1889 (Meiji 22). Now in its 5th generation, we still use Hokkaido-produced buckwheat flour and serve the same spicy soup.

Traditional soba noodles and carefully selected ingredients. Starting with buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, duck meat from Sarobetsu goes well with grilled dishes. Fresh Zao duck that can be eaten raw. White fish and bluefin tuna are purchased every morning from areas where they are in season. We offer carefully selected dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.
