アイスランド産が少しラム独特の臭みを感じたが、
オーストラリア産はストレスなし！おいしいです。
特製タレもよいですが、微粒子の塩で頂くと
肉本来の旨味を楽しみます。
道産羊肉は極レアで食べましょう！こちらは絶品でした。
肉厚大統領椎茸や玉ねぎ、ネギも酒のつまみに合います。

予約不可。煙臭は間違いなくつきます。
地元の人たちに訊くと、ジンギスカンといえば、
やはり"だるま！"と推す声がほとんどですが、
こちらは隠れた名店でしょう。オススメです。
