金曜日、予約なしで23時半頃に訪問
タイミングよく先客なし
店員さんから準備をするので、外で少し待つように言われしばし店外のベンチで待つ
すぐに入店、すると後から後からお客さんがやって来てあっという間にカウンター席いっぱいに
本当にいいタイミングで入れたようです
まずは飲み物をということでサッポロクラシックをいただく
ほどなくして食事を聞かれ、国産のホゲットとマトン、行者にんにくを注文
最初の1枚はお店の人が焼いてくれて、焼き方を教えてくれます
まずはホゲットから脂が浮いてくる位まで片面を焼いたら、ひっくり返して10秒くらいが食べごろとのこと
ホゲット（14ヶ月のサフォーク種メス）からいただきましたが、コレが旨い！
臭みは全くないし、牛とは違う味わい
表現力がなくて申し訳ないですが、今まで食べた羊で1番美味しい！
マトンはメニューにあった産地のものがなくなってしまい、別の産地マトンとMIXでいただきましたが
食べ比べが出来てラッキー！
が、先のホゲットのインパクトが強くてこちらの印象はあまり残っていない
お通しで出してもらった玉ねぎが羊の脂とよく絡んでめちゃくちゃ甘くて美味しかった
お会計は思ったよりかかったが、最高に旨いジンギスカンをいただけました
