What should I eat on a business trip to Hokkaido? I'm eating crab with Food Fighter this weekend, so the first thing that came to my mind other than crab was the three-colored rice bowl. The rest is Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) and Ramen. I achieved my goal in half the trip. ``Umi e'' is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) run by a major Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain restaurant. Before entering the store, I made sure that there were three colored bowls. I ordered snow crab with miso, Seafood salad, potato butter, and Hokkaido sausage. All of them were delicious, but I had the impression that the butter would melt when I put it on the potatoes, but it was far from piping hot, which was disappointing. It can't be helped since I'm alone, but there was a lot of everything except the crab miso, and I thought I wouldn't be able to make it to the 3-colored bowl, but in the end I had the guts to make it there, and finally I was able to get the 3-colored bowl. It was a small size, which helped lol
