ホテルのコンシェルジュの方に勧めて頂き伺いました。
北海道グルメを食べたかったので、色々海鮮を注文しました。
タッチパネルの注文でした。
値段も千円前後のメニューが多くどれも美味しかったです。
特に個人的に美味しかったのは、カニの甲羅焼き、ホッケ、カニクリームコロッケ、帆立の刺身です。
カニの甲羅焼きはお酒のツマミにマッチしていて安定の味でした。
ホッケもハーフを頼んだのですが大きく二人ならハーフサイズで十分に感じました。
カニクリームコロッケはコロッケの下に蟹味噌が引かれており、ソースはカニの身をマヨネーズで和えたソースで流石北海道と思えるメニューでした。
帆立の刺身は貝柱の部位以外の貝ひも等も下処理されており甘味があり美味でした。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で北海道に来た際は伺いたいと思います。
