今回の１年ぶりの北海道出張～
中でもここ貴水さんは一番のあたりです！お客さんのご紹介です。
店内はカウンター５席、座敷が一つ、玄関まであって小上がりになっており、足の疲れも癒えます～
お一人で切り盛りされており、おまかせでお願いしました。出来立てをすぐ食べたい性分なので、カメラより箸が出てしまい数枚しかア
ップできないのが申し訳ないです。
先付は網走産、白魚のポン酢です～身がギュっと締まっていて美味しいです。
地物だけにこだわってはいないとのことで、全国の旬が味わえます。刺身好きな私には大満足！案の定、最初の盛り込みの写真はご
ざいません。特にお気に入りをリピートいたしました。
こちらでは鱈の白子のことをタチというのですね～天ぷらももちろんですが、白子は湯がいていない生食が大好物で生、大丈夫というこ
となので、オーダー！生タチ塩～とろけました～

他の方の口コミにもありましたが、あまり人に教えたくない、その気持ちがわかる気がします～
