It was also the season for monkfish, so I asked for it. We started with a towel service with the store's name on it. First time in 5 months
This is the first time since there was one new person in the store. I was planning on having duck hotpot, but ended up with the regular course. Sea bream milt and azuki greens, squid soup, herring, herring, kawahagi, sea bream, sashimi of golden sea bream, miso-grilled ginkgo lees, young corn, mixed vegetables (firefly squid, green beans, Manganji chili pepper, turnip, Kamo eggplant, new burdock) Mountain udon, hase Tempura *no photo, mozuku and sakura shrimp porridge, watered eggplant, sakura mochi, and 5 types of sake.
