今回の北海道旅行最後の夜はこちらのお店。
あらためて言うまでもなく、めちゃくちゃ人気のお店です。
もちろん予約して行きました。しかも1ヶ月以上前に。
若い頃ならコース案内飲み放題とするところですが、さすがにこの歳だとね、お好みで注文しました。
もちろん最初は生ビール。サッポロクラシック。我が家に年末までのストックがあるのですが、やっぱりね。サッポロクラシックですよ。
で、お味。サッポロクラシックとともに目の前にきたお通しはオシャレ。いくらと北海道の形をした昆布。こういう何気ない心遣いが嬉しいですね。
他、注文したのは「じゃがバター＆塩辛」、「白子ぽん酢」、「きんき湯煮」、それと写真はありませんが、「ほっけと鮭はらす」。どれもとても美味しいですね。普通の居酒屋の料理のレベルではなく、高級旅館などで出していただけるレベルです。特にオススメは「じゃがバター＆塩辛」。実はこれ、おかわりしました。天狗になるわけではありませんが、自分はそうそう同じものを2回頼んだりしないタイプです。それほど美味しいと感じました。失敗したのは「ジャガイモの種類」を聞き忘れたこと。家に帰ってから食べてみようと思っていたのにやっちまいました。
居心地も良く、とても美味しいお店でした。また来年、予約して伺います。
