札幌でジンギスカン。
こちらのお店は前から気になっていたのですがなかなか機会がなく、今回初めての訪問です。
お店から色々な部位を食べられるコースをおすすめされたのでそちらをチャレンジ。
モモ、ロース、カルビにヒレ肉から味付け肉まで本当にいろいろな部位が出てきました。
その中でも気に入ったのはヒレ。
脂身はないもののものすごく柔らかくラム肉の風味がダイレクトに伝わってくる、これは美味い！
もちろん脂身の味も美味しいので骨付きラムラックなども見事な味。
結果的にお代わりなどもしてしまいお腹いっぱい。
でも、ラム肉のいろいろな部位を楽しめて楽しかったです。
お値段はなかなかいっちゃいましたけどね（汗）
