久しぶりに訪問しました
アラカルトにすると一品一品の量が多くて種類が食べれなくなるので、
コース『綿雪』をお願いしました。
本当はもう少し種類がある方が良かったのですが、他はどれも鍋物があって、
鍋物を避けると「綿雪」コースだったのです...
店内は全て個室になっていて雰囲気最高です。
お部屋を担当下さった方も非常に良い接客でした。
まずはビールで喉を潤してからスタートです。
たらばかに足盛り
「甘みがあって旨かった」
「やや水っぽかったのが残念でした⤵」

「香ばし匂い、やっぱり焼いた方が旨いです！」
かに甲羅揚げ

コース以外に「蛸ざんぎ」を頼んだのですが、コレまた絶品です！
吸盤のコリコリ感、身の柔らかさ、旨かったぁ～！
日本酒の種類がもう少しあったら良かったなぁって思います。
ごちそうさまでした。

Suddenly half a hairy crab appeared and I was silent with my companion...(≧▽≦) I wonder why he was silent (lol) It was my first time drinking crab sake, but it tasted a little like crab.Fugu no fin sake. Unlike the others, the aroma was weak. All of the dishes were delicious! The rice porridge after shabu shabu was good.
