すすきのエリア、グルメビルのＧ DINING SAPPOROの３階にある天ぷらのお店。
北海道ミシュランにも掲載されています。
ランチ営業をしているのでお昼にお邪魔してみました。
オープンキッチンとなっていて、Ｌ字型のカウンター席のみのこじんまりとした店内。
男性店主さんが１人で切り盛りされていますが、手際がよいので回転はよかったです。
天ぷらのコース料理、定食、天丼などのメニューがありますが、今回は天丼メニューから「穴子天丼（1,350円）」を注文。
穴子天丼には、穴子以外に野菜の天ぷらが１個ついています（この日は茄子）。
８分程で出来上がり。
穴子がタワーのように突き出ている迫力のあるビジュアル。
穴子の衣はサクサク、中は柔らかくフワッとした食感で美味しかったです。
タレの味も濃くなかったので、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。
茄子の天ぷらも美味しかったので、機会があれば「上天丼（海老１、穴子１、野菜４）」を食べてみたいと思います。
