日本酒3種飲み比べ(雪ふるる、酔鯨、越後鶴亀)、雪ふるる1合、楓コース 8310円
カウンター数席のみの本格的な天ぷら屋さん。案内されて座ってお酒を注文。届いたら店主さんが棒読み!?っぽく説明してくれます。味付けは天つゆに大根おろし、石垣島の塩とその塩に乾燥させた柚子を入れたもの、レモンを自由にできますが、オススメの食べ方は教えてくれます。
天草の車エビは足の部分と身、シイタケ、キス、レンコン、野付のホタテ、マイタケ、カキの湯葉巻き、百合根、タラ白子、青柳子柱のかき揚げご飯、味噌汁、漬け物、デザートの安納芋の天ぷらバニラアイス添え。
どれも美味しいけど、半生の野付のホタテとトロットロでやけどしそうになるタラ白子が最高に美味しかった!!かき揚げご飯はタレをかけたかき揚げ丼のほか、塩で食べてみたり、出汁でお茶漬けみたくも食べれます。そして極めつけが入店時から1時間以上揚げている安納芋。アマーいふっくらしたお芋に夢中になります。パリッと食べれる皮はアイスを乗せて、こりゃまた美味!
初めての本格天ぷら屋さんでしたが、お酒も美味しく、楽しめました。
