刺身盛り
平目、八角、本鮪、カンパチ、鮑、蝦蛄、牡丹海老
２人で刺身盛り頼んだが、ぼたんえが一尾
これって、ソロ客だったらボタンエビ半分なのかも
この時点でやや疑念が生じたが、
中トロな本鮪は熟成の旨味もあり、
刺身全般美味しいを感じる質の良さがありました。
揚げ物は、蓮根挟み揚げ、タコ唐揚げと、
既製品の範疇から超えてくる内容では無くて
ほやとこのわたの塩辛もそこそこ美味しくも
寿司屋のコースで揚げ物が２品は意外でした。
揚げ物にしたって、内容良ければそれでもいいんですが…
