豊水すすきの駅近く、３６号線と狸小路の間くらいの立地
このお店のウリは
・スペイン料理（イタリアンよりかなり少数）
・ビア缶チキン
・パーフェクトクラシック
あたりかと思います。
ビア缶チキンは数量限定だったりするので、今回は注文できず。以前食べたときはとても美味しかったですよ。皮目と肉の中心部で味が変化したりして感性を刺激されます。
で、今回はメインにサガリステーキを選択。これがまた美味しい。焼き方になにか秘密がありそう。表面に旨味が感じられます。
サラダもフレッシュで美味しい。ミニトマトが旨い。
カキのアヒージョも大きな牡蠣がたまりません。
ビールはパーフェクトクラシック、サッポロビールさんに認められたもの。ワインはスペイン料理店なのでテンプラリーニョを使ったものをオススメしたい。テンプラリーニョといえばスペインのはず。
あと、ビア缶チキンはボリュームあるので２人だと食べきれず持ち帰りになるかも。
