SPOON's signature dish, Hokkaido Gout Paella, is now available in a summer version! This paella is made with plenty of Hokkaido sea urchin, Hokkaido Oyster, and Hokkaido beef, making it a luxurious dish that can be shared by 2-3 people!

Our famous "Beer Can Chicken" (limited to 3 meals a day) and "Beer Can Hamburg" (reservations required at least 2 days in advance) have been featured in the media. The meat steamed in Sapporo Perfect Classic is fragrant, moist, and addictive! Other, you can enjoy carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido in a variety of menus including paella and Ajillo!

As for beer, we have ``Sapporo Perfect Classic,'' which is rarely available at restaurant. This is a special cup with fine bubbles down to the micron level, a clear taste that can be enjoyed by thoroughly cleaning the special mug, and a temperature maintained at 2 to 6 degrees Celsius that brings out the deliciousness of draft beer!
