ランチで中華を食べに訪問。
個室に案内される。
ソロ訪問だが4人掛けのテーブル。
ランチはメインが選べて900円。
ドリンクを付けても1100円。
どうも平日のみのようだね。
メインは6種類。
"エビの海老味噌炒め"にする。
ちょっとややこしい名前のメニュー。
"白身魚の塩味炒め"も気になったが、
白身魚って何だろう? 鱈かな?
と、判らないから選択肢から消した。
先にメイン以外が到着。
ご飯、サラダ、玉子スープ、ザーサイ、
小鉢は麻婆豆腐、シューマイが1個。
盛り沢山で良いねぇ。
少し遅れてメインが到着。
大ぶりの海老がゴロゴロと入っている。
その後デザートも到着。杏仁豆腐かな。
小鉢の麻婆豆腐が美味しい。
量は少ないがバランスが良い辛み。
旨みもしっかりとある。
メインは海老の他に、アスパラ、長ねぎ、
しめじ、ハムが海老味噌に絡まっている。
アスパラは歯ごたえ良し。
海老味噌は飽きのこない味付け。
しめじも含めて食感が良いねぇ。
飯もかなり好みの硬めの炊き加減。
そして美味しい。
飯が旨いと中華は旨さ倍増。
サラダやザーサイ、シューマイまで付いて、
満足感が高いランチ。
デザートもしっかりいただいた。
テーブルバイキングもあるらしい。
いやはや気になるねぇ。
でもまたランチでの訪問かな。
