すすきの「セントラルS4ビル」７階にある人気のバー。
以前に寄った時、満席だったので、今回は予約をして訪問しました。
開店してすぐの訪問。日が長い今の時期、カウンターから見下ろす「すすきの」のマチ並みはまだ明るかった。だけど時間が経つにつれて週末の夜のマチの華やかさが感じられる雰囲気に。やはり街並みが見下ろせるこの雰囲気はステキですね。
こちらのバーの１杯目は、過冷却冷蔵庫「マジコール」で冷やしたものがオススメとのこと。
「マジコール シャンパン ランソン・ブラックラベル・ブリュット」（１，６５０円）を。
マイナス10℃程度での提供、辛口のスパークリングです。柑橘系のフレッシュな酸が印象的。
チャーム（７７０円）は、ミックスナッツ。
フードも何か頼もうと
「合鴨のスモーク」（１，３２０円）・・外側はたっぷりのブラックペッパー。ピンクペッパーも添えられてなかなかスパイシー。
２杯目は
「モヒート」（１，５４０円）・・グラスの周りにはクラッシュした氷が。中のアルコールの力によりついているとのこと。ラムベースにライムジュース・ミント、爽やかな飲み口のモヒートが冷たいままで楽しめました。
続いて
「ラビアンローズ」（１，４３０円）・・バラをイメージしたカクテル。こちらもラム酒とクランベリージュースが使われています。軽い飲み口の華やかな雰囲気のカクテルでした。
スタッフさんたちの対応もとても親切ですし、何より「すすきの」のマチ並みを見下ろしながらゆっくりと過ごせるのは最高ですね！！
