We use rice from Hokkaido, and seasonal ingredients are mainly from Hokkaido, purchased from the Central Wholesale Market every day, with the most delicious ingredients selected from all over the country. We also stock sake from Hokkaido. We value the attentive service that can only be provided within our reach, and please enjoy the best nigiri sushi of each dish that we are satisfied with.
