なかなか寿司屋は敷居が高い。
でも旨い寿司が食べてみたい。
回転寿司も好きだけど、回らない寿司も食べてみたい。
でも、寿司屋のお会計は高そうで気が引ける。
そんな気持ちで過ごしておりました。
そして「六法」さんに出会いました。
旨い寿司を一度体験するともう以前には戻れませんね。
大将の軽快なトーク。流石です。
カウンターから伺える大将の手さばき、包丁さばきは良い酒のアテになります。
海苔が美味いのは、ホント驚きです。
何でも特注の海苔なんだとか。
美味い海苔を食べるために「巻物」の注文をオススメします。
私のオススメは「かんぴょう」と「ガリサバ」
「タマゴ」もカステラの様な美味。
刺身、焼き物、天ぷら、握り、というような流れのおまかせコース。
日本酒は純米の熱燗をいただきます。
握りの旨さはいわずもがな。
雰囲気の良さとリーズナブルなお値段。
フルコースにお酒も入れて、お一人様1万円そこそこ。
肩肘張らない雰囲気はいつも安心できます。
大満足でいつも帰路につきます。
