【大磯】札幌
札幌の二条市場にある海鮮屋さん。
この辺では人気も高く、評判も良かった為訪問。
居酒屋としても営業されているようでサイドメニューも充実。
◆北海道産無添加塩水バフンウニ丼(中)

積丹雲丹を食べれなかった事で雲丹が頭から離れず雲丹丼！
北海道産無添加塩水バフンウニを使用している雲丹丼で、臭みもほぼなく美味しい雲丹。
ボリュームもしっかりあって満足感も高い。
ただやっぱりご飯は少し多めかな？
雲丹を食べ切る頃にご飯が少し残ってしまう。
イカ刺しにじゃがバターも美味しかった。
北海道で頂くってだけで少し補正が入る感じもあって尚。
デザートでメロンも頂き、雲丹への心残りは一先ず一件落着。
