最初から最後までお料理もワインも全て美味しくて感動しかありませんでした。牡蠣のソルベはすごく印象的で、おかわりしたいくらいでした笑 作り方は企業秘密とのこと。甘エビのパスタも濃厚で美味しかった。全ての料理に痺れ、ソースの一滴も残したくないと思うほどでした。
そして各料理に合う素晴らしいワインのチョイスにさらに感動。柔らかい雰囲気とステキな笑顔でわかりやすく説明してくださって興味深かったです。帰りはキッチンからシェフも出てきてくださって、お店の外までお見送りしてくれる丁寧さ。また違う季節にも是非伺いたいです！
