北海道滞在中2回目のジンギスカン
予約が今回も取れてないので20時くらいまでホテルでのんびり過ごし、店に電話
本店は21時半くらいまで飽きそうになく、席が空いたら電話するとのこと…でもお腹すいたしってことでこちらにかけてみたところすぐ案内できるとのことでタクシーで向かいました。
マトンやラムのいろんな部位をいただきました。フィレやユッケなども絶品。初日のお店とは違い、こちらはアイスランドやオーストラリア産の羊肉しかありませんでしたが、羊臭さは多少あるもののいい意味で羊らしさが味わえる肉でした。嫁はこちらの方が好みらしい。
〆にはあがりラーメンも美味かったー。
また来夏に涼を求めて北海道来たいと思います(^^)

旅行３日目！
一昨日に続き、ジンギスカン食べに。
ラム肩ロース、アイスランドラム、ラムフィレ、マトンリブロースを頂きましたがどれもやっぱり美味い！予約不可の有名店より少し単価は高いけど予約できるし、いろんな部位が食べれるしこういう店の方が好きですね。
ラムは羊臭さは皆無。噛んだ瞬間上品な脂が口に広がります。
マトンはラムより脂がさらにノリ、いい意味で羊臭さが出てきます。
ラム、マトンともに甲乙つけ難し。
こちらに住んでいたら白米食べながらジンギスカン食べるのが最高でしょうが、我々には残すところあと一日なので札幌ラーメン食べにこのあと繰り出しちゃいました。ラーメン編に続く…
