地元の方がおすすめのジンギスカンとしてお連れ頂いたのがこちら。
以前にも一度訪れた事があり、皆さん絶賛されていましたので心待ちにして再訪。
ヒツジの"ヒ"が髭、"ツ"が助辞、"ジ"が牛というように読ませた時代があったそうで、この語源から「ひげのうし」と名付けられた店名。
ほかにも「ジンギスカン ひげのうし 本店」を狸小路に構えています。
場所はすすきの中心部より徒歩2分ほど。
雑居ビルの1階に真っ白い暖簾がかかります。
入口に荷物用のロッカーがあり、上着とバックを収めたらいざ戦闘開始！
今回も奥の個室を10人で利用。
すべて地元の方にテンポ良く注文して頂きましたので、大人数とあって頂いたものは割愛。笑
大寒波でも温々と熱気であふれる店内、まずはサッポロクラシックで乾杯！
ジンギスカン鍋が2つセットされて、ヒツジの余分な脂が滴る周りの溝で野菜を焼いていく同時プレイ。
そして焼き上がるヘルシーなラム肉はどれも抜群なおいしさ！
マトンの肩ロースからはじまり、ぷりっぷりの弾力にスッキリした脂であふれ、食感に絡むタレが美味い！
鮮度の良いひつじユッケはこちら南5条店限定で、その食感に引き立つ旨みが格別。
ソーセージまでラムで統一され、あっさりした味に塩を響かせてもGOOD。
お米は北海道産のふっくりんこ。
思わず焼き立てのフィレ肉をご飯に乗せて、咀嚼から膨らむしっかりした旨みをモチっと甘い湯気を立てるお米に染めて楽しむ即席のジンギスカン丼。
紫蘇が風味よく香るじゃこご飯もおすすめ。
他にもラム塩タンやマトンのリブロースなど食べごたえを感じさせる食感と旨さに皆さん大絶賛！
