Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) Hige no Ushi Minami 5-jo branch is a popular restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo. This Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) restaurant has its main store on Tanukikoji and has a "single person" menu. The location is in the downtown area behind Daruma Honten. There is a large signboard on the second floor of the building, and the store itself is located at the back of the building. When I visited on a weekday night without a reservation, I was told that the restaurant was fully booked until 10 p.m. due to the snow festival. I was able to make a reservation when I called at 21:00, and reservations seem to be the norm for Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), except for "Daruma", which is not available for reservations. The "Single Person Limited Plan" is 2,200 yen and you can choose 3 items from the following 5 items.・Lamb shoulder loin ・Icelandic lamb ・Lamb shoulder roll (with bean sprouts) ・Old flavored lamb ・Leek salt lamb All are half size, and seasoned lamb and green onion salt lamb are grilled. The interior of the store is stylish, spacious and has a fashionable atmosphere. By the way, except for the ``single person only plan'', you can order by scanning the QR code. If you order ``Sapporo Classic Nama'' or ``Super Dry Bottle,'' the bill will be a reasonable 4,000 yen. The mixed atmosphere of Menyoutei, which I visited the day before, is nice, but Hige no Ushi is definitely a lower hurdle for solo customers. The staff is courteous and the meat is cheap, so if you're eating Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) alone, I recommend it.
