Just a one-minute walk from Tanukikoji 7-chome! Located on the second floor of Tanuhachi Garden, where stylish restaurants are lined up. We use ingredients from Hokkaido, and of course, we don't use a
...ny pre-made products, everything is made by hand. Our signature demi-glace is made over three days. We've been adding more and more since we opened, so it's very rich! We want to change the perception of demi-glace! We continue to make it with that thought in mind. We also mince the hamburger steak in-house, making it Mel's best product. Using these two as a base, we also have a wide variety of snacks that go well with alcohol!
