驚キの体験型新鮮魚居酒屋 @札幌狸小路
名前からして「ちょっと」と失笑してしまいそうなこのお店。
北海道ならではの趣向が凝らされており、親しい仲間達で集まるのに最適だ。
通り沿いには壁いっぱいにサイネージが描かれているのだが、薄暗い階段を降りるほどにやや不安になってくる。
店内は賑やか。クラフト感のある造作で半個室やメザニンが構成されており、あちらこちらから楽しい宴の世界観が漏れている。
そんな我々が篭ったのは下水道で使われるコンクリートで出来た大きなヒューム管を活用した半個室だ。
丸い空間で和やかに北海の味覚を楽しんだ。
特に盛り上がったのは新鮮な甘エビの掴み取りだ。手袋をはめて、大きなマスに入った甘エビを片手で一掴みするのだ。これで800円とは、道外の人には信じられないコスパ。刺身で食べた後の頭は後で唐揚げで出してくれるというありがたさ。
また、じゃがバターのイカの塩辛乗せはホンモノの美味さ。
