We are particular about Shiraoi beef, one of Hokkaido's representative brands of Wagyu beef, and provide high-quality meat to everyone. Shiraoi started production of Shiraoi Beef in 1952, noting that the production of Japanese black beef cattle was thriving in the mountainous region of Shimane Prefecture, where the soil and weather conditions are similar. Currently, it is highly regarded as one of Hokkaido's leading branded beef.
